The Easychair EPIP2022 conference submission platform has two tracks, one for contributions (full papers or extended abstracts) and one for session proposals:
→ Full papers or extended abstracts. Preference will be given to full papers and all submissions will be peer-reviewed. There is no required length or structure for extended abstracts or full papers. The chances of acceptance of an extended abstract are generally higher, the better it reflects contents of a full paper. Conditional on acceptance, as a general rule, presenters can only present one paper at the EPIP conference. Please indicate whether your submission is also eligible for the Young Scholar EPIP Award (only full papers considered).
→ Proposals for themed sessions. Proponents of sessions could indicate if they want specific contributions to be included in their sessions. The organising committee reserves the right to modify proposed sessions in the final programme based on accepted contributions. If a themed session follows the setup of a series of paper presentations chaired by the organiser (open to submissions or on invitation), we require papers/extended abstracts to be submitted via Easychair to enable the peer review process for all papers alike. For themed sessions that have the format of a panel discussion/round table without papers presented, individual contributions need not be submitted via the submission platform.
